Coaching includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss training history and goals;

  • Individualized training plan, suited to your specific needs as an athlete.

  • Access to your training plan through Final Surge;

  • Analysis of each training session;

  • Race strategy and nutrition planning;

  • Post-race analysis;

  • Unlimited communication with coaching staff via phone, text, email, or Final Surge;

  • Unlimited adjustments to training plan.

Rate: $200 billed on the first of the month

Minimum 6 month commitment.
